Come as you are. Bring your insurance card.

We set aside time for new patients every week. Tell us if you are anxious — we will book a longer slot and not fill it with small talk you did not ask for.

  • Arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork, or fill it from the email we send.
  • We accept most PPO plans. We will check benefits before you sit down.
  • No Medicaid or HMO at this office — we will say so up front.
